4. Fees & Payments
Fees are disclosed upfront. Completed work is generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Third-Party Partners
We may share information with enrolled agents, tax preparers, call centers, CRM systems, and payment processors as needed to provide our services.
7. Limitation of Liability

8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Refund Policy

We may use subprocessors such as SMS platforms, CRMs, licensed tax professionals, and call centers to help us deliver our services. These subprocessors are bound by appropriate data protection obligations.

In the event of a confirmed data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you without undue delay and, where feasible, within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach.
7. Data Return or Deletion
Upon request, and subject to applicable law and recordkeeping obligations, we will return or securely delete personal data when it is no longer required for the purposes described above.
